2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use immediately.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ROOK.oi to generate illegal, deceptive, defamatory or harmful content, infringe IP rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Ownership of generated images
Free-tier images are licensed to you for personal use. Pro and Team plans include a commercial licence covering use in your products, marketing and merchandise.
5. Fees & billing
Pro and Team plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
ROOK.oi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOK.oi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ROOK.oi is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
